¶ Overview
ARROW 1099 is an application that creates Federal 1099 forms from AS400 for OKDHS vendors. This application is the only way to create 1099 forms out of AS400. In the future, 1099 forms in ARROW 1099 will mostly be created for Respite payments since additional forms are created in PeopleSoft and most payments do not require 1099s.
